I purchased a pay monthly plan but I’m still within the 30 day returns window. I’ve returned the phone today by post and kept the SIM card. Will the SIM card remain active for a period so I can request a PAC code to keep my number and switch networks? Thanks

I can confirm that when your returned order is processed, the iD SIM will convert to a Pay & Go SIM, you can then request a PAC code.
