My new SIM card is in, I did the pac number to keep my old mobile. But it keeps changing to use my new number from ID and my old number… what can I do?

If it’s an iPhone that you are using the post below will help
If you are using android please confirm the make and model and we can advise further.
Just to note after a port a simple restart can push everything through to start working.
