Hi I sent my PAC couple of days  before my actual SIM card arrived and when I inserted it today my number has not changed? It’s the new one from ID and I really want my old one ? Can I resend the PAC or how does it work like I just want my old phone number 😭

What happens when you try and make a call or someone tries to call you?

Is the old iD Mobile number showing on your iD Mobile account/app.
