There are several online articles in the “Cancelling an iD Mobile plan” section of the iD Community, online at https://community.idmobile.co.uk/cancelling-an-id-mobile-plan-109, which explain how to cancel a plan.
Posting to this forum won’t cancel your iD plan - anyway, good luck
