I’ve lost my sim only card and phone / lost or stolen potentially!

Hello @tc9l1psz05,

Sorry to hear you’ve lost your sim card and phone.

You should be able to report this as lost/stolen via the iD app/account or by calling 0333 003 0007 and following the option for reporting.

Did you need a new SIM sending out or did you want to wait until you had another handset?
