Hello,

I have both lost my phone and forgotten my iD password.

I would like to order a replacement SIM card. Please let me know what I have to do.

Kind regards,

Get an immediate replacement in-store in Currys or Carphone Warehouse, for £5.

Otherwise get in-touch with the iD customer service team:

  1. Using facebook (using Messenger)
  2. Or, on Twitter (by Direct Message - DM)
  3. Or use the online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (the iD agents work until 8pm weekdays - type “talk to a person” to avoid the bot)

Good luck @ElleW

If you've lost your phone and forgotten your password, it's crucial to take immediate action. Firstly, report the loss to your mobile service provider and local authorities to prevent unauthorized use. If you have tracking and remote locking features enabled, use them to lock your phone and protect your data. To regain access to your device, you might need to perform a factory reset, which will erase all data. Additionally, reset your password for accounts associated with your phone, such as your Google or Apple ID. Lastly, contact your mobile service provider to request a replacement SIM registration but be prepared to verify your identity during the process.
