Magic 6 Pro upgrade

So it's upgrade time, However I'm unable to upgrade to the Magic 6 Pro it's just not available on my Upgrades every single other phone is. 

Does anyone know if this is because of no stock with the phone currently being pre order for stock arriving the 8th March ? 

Live chat couldn't answer the question as to why annoyingly.

Unfortunately @Injusta, if it’s not shown in your upgrade offers that’s because the iD Mobile systems have deemed you’re not currently eligible for this upgrade.

You can always discuss your upgrade options with the iD telephone sales team, @Injusta. 

Contact them by calling 020 7139 1397 - perhaps they can magic-up an Honor.
