manager hasn’t got back to me, need purchase proof

I need proof of my phone purchase including confirmation of the IMEI number, purchase date and price and your VAT number. I requested this on Live Chat on Friday and the agent said a manager would be in contact to provide me with this information but I have not received anything yet and cannot get on Live Chat again until Friday
