Message received, saying my number ported, but it hasn't

My port from EE is supposed to have taken place today. I received a text from ID to say that it has ported and my old number shows in the app, but call and messages are still going to my old phone on EE. Any ideas?

Hello @Nigeynige,

The following is the timescale (mandated by OFCOM) for number ports:

If your EE SIM is still working (i.e. active), then it does seem unlikely your number port will complete today.

Try the iD live chat service to find out what’s going on regarding your number port.

Can take up until 6pm for the port to complete. You will be told to wait.
