Last year Feb, March 2023 I was getting unlimited data in France, is unlimited still unlimited or do they throttle it to 30gb.

The roaming mobile data limit is 30GB/month, when you’re roaming in one of the iD Mobile EU inclusive roaming destinations.

I think if your UK plan data allowance is less than 30GB, then the lower limit applies instead.

If you’re not in the UK or an inclusive roaming destination, you’re charged at the roaming rates for that destination, @Ian Worthington.

Time to look at another provider methinks

Good luck with that!

Here are what the main networks give you:

  • Vodafone give you 25GB
  • EE give you 50GB
  • O2 give you 25GB

Go check EE’s prices though before you rub your hands with glee.

Most UK networks charge extra (with data limits) for EU roaming, which isn’t currently the case with iD Mobile.

It is definitely 30GB. I called them and that is what they told me a few months ago.

Hi @Ian Worthington

It totally depends on when your contact was agreed an purchased, I’d recommend the link below;
