Mobile number

Hi, I've just placed an order online and wanted to keep my old number and have pack code however you haven't generated a number for myself as of yet. 

I want to k ow how I would be able to do this

If you’re joining iD Mobile from another service provider, contact your old service provider for a PAC to transfer the number you want to keep to iD Mobile.

 

If you’re leaving iD Mobile, ask iD for your PAC, in order to transfer the number you want to keep to your new service provider.

Hey @S12LYK,

You can submit a port at the point of purchase or once the SIM arrives, submit the port via the form.

The number is confirmed on email but if you don’t have this, put the iD SIM in a phone and call a friend or family and ask them to confirm this to you.
