If you’re looking to make a plan change you’ll be able to do this via the iD Mobile app or the website.
You’ll be able to contact via the methods outlined by

Your communication options are:
- Get in-touch using their online live chat service.
- Contact iD privately by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.
The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
