Hello, I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem, when i go to view my bill it’s all messed up and I can’t read it, why is this?

My bills have been like that since last year it doesn’t really bother me as I’m on a sim only plan a never use a quarter of my allowances . I tried looking on my laptop but they were just the same

Just looked my December bill was fine but January and February were unreadable

We are aware of the issue and we would advise downloading a PDF viewer.
Once you view the bill through the PDF viewer the bill should read correctly.
