my bill is wrong

I need to speak to someone urgently i pay my bill each month and I've not had a notice or text that my bill somehow is 147 pound? It's impossible but I cant speak to a human

You'll probably need to contact the support team using Live Chat (https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat), Facebook Messenger, or X(Twitter) DM, for help with the bill for your iD account. 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).
