My data jumped from 3gb used to 47gb used whilst roaming.  I haven't used it and my usage still shows 2.95gb in app. Stuck in Italy now with no data . Shocking. I think I'll be leaving ID ASAP.

I’m sorry to hear this, we’d always recommend keeping an eye on the data usage in your iD Mobile app to keep track of how much is being used, especially if you’re relying on it and may be off Wi-Fi.

 

Does the iD Mobile app show 47GB used?
