my delivery date for iphone 13 is last monday.

My delivery is Monday the 20th, which is obviously wrong. It also says it will deliver to my neighbours, I really don’t want that, I would never see it again. I can’t seem to change this. The DPD help is automated, so useless. Who do I contact, Id mobile, Carphone warehouse or keep trying DPD. How do I contact the right person? Thanks

Hi @Dexter7176 - If you have pre-ordered the iPhone 13 the earliest possible delivery date would be today 24th September, this would also be standard across the industry. As the official launch period starts today. 

In terms of the delivery situation, you are able to change the delivery method. But you must wait until you receive a tracking number from DPD to do this. This is not something we can do for you as you will need to contact DPD directly to have the delivery method changed.
