My earbuds are not working

Hiya, we recently upgraded through yourselves and got some samsung budd free

However the left one isn't working

I have taken them to a phone shop who stated that it is broken but id have to pay to use his time. How do we resolve this? Are you able to send me some that work and i can give you these ones back?

Hey @Lisa Mitchell,

You can contact the manufacturer as they should have a warranty usually 12-months.

They should be able to assist with this further.
