I’m sorry to hear this, it’s strange to hear that something would’ve changed signal wise after a plan change or upgrade, in what postcode are you having issues?
How are calls and texts?

It's sorted now, not sure what was happening maybe some maintenance on a cell tower or something along those lines. Thank you for your reply though 🙏
