My mobile hasnt  arrived its been over 4 days now what do I do I need help

If this was an iD Mobile contract, just call them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

Otherwise use Facebook Messenger, X (Twitter) DM, or iD online live chat and talk to iD Mobile customer service. 

The agents work until 6pm at weekends (and 8pm on weekdays).

No it was on contract all excepted and said ready to be delivered  in 48hrs I've heard nothing from dpd either
