Unfortunately @Victoria Williams, user posts to this forum are the slowest way of chatting to iD staff.
If you need assistance quickly, it will always be faster to use one of the following:-

  • Online iD Live Chat
  • Facebook Messenger
  • X (Twitter) DM

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays. 
Any out-of-hours private messages on iD social media channels, get picked-up when the agents next start work.

FYI, posting in this forum is the slowest way of talking to iD staff. If you need timely assistance it’s better to use one of the following:-
