my PAC code wont work

Hi I’ve logged in and got an account with iD I’m trying to transfer my old number over. I rang my old network and they gave me a PAC CODE so I tried using it on the mobile app and it won’t work please help because I’m still getting charged from my other network until my pac code works!

Have you provided your PAC code at checkout of the iD Mobile plan? If so you won’t need to provide it again, it’ll transfer on the date given/selected.

 

If you haven’t given the PAC code at checkout and are still having issues please let us know so we can get in touch and assist.
