Summitted my pac code when brought the phone but after getting phone and sim, i have not received any message related to switching number. The system doesnot allow me to summit the PAC as it says PAC code is already used and switch is underway but didnot received any message related to switching number. I am unable to switch my old number.
Log into your account and I believe you need to look in the section My Services, either way it should be in your account. What date did you pick for the porting?

Maybe try an iD Live Chat with a customer advisor, regarding your switch.
The advisors work until 6pm at weekends - type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot,
