I received my new contract and my new phone with ID mobile and I’ve put my sim in and it’s not activisting or anything
Your new iD SIM card, for your pay monthly handset contract should work, when inserted into your new iD mobile phone
Try the SIM in another UNLOCKED handset if possible, and if it still doesn’t work you might have received a faulty SIM card.
