I upgraded my plan along with a new phone, and it was supposed to arrive on the 24th of February. A delivery van did arrive, but they couldn’t find the parcel. I’ve contacted ID multiple times about this, but was just told that an investigation needs to take place. It’s been almost a month now, and I’m about to pay for a phone I don’t have.
Please get back to me about this as soon as possible, as I’m concerned that nothing is being done about it.
