The net work has been down since yesterday they said they have fixed it yet my phone still has no service this morningĀ

Complete joke - I hugely regret taking out a contract with ID.Ā  The customer service is non existentĀ

I have connectivity. The only thing I can't get is the app login to give me usage details. I believe this is an issue with Three rather than iD Mobile as I have a contract with Honest Mobile as well (which is provided by Three) and they also had issues last night.Ā

We had experienced some issues yesterday with our network, but this is mostly fixed now. Additionally, as a knock on effect we have experienced a higher volume of contact than usual. The iD app has become unavailable again for some customers.
