Very excited to receive my new SIM card. Only to find I have no signal whatsoever.
I carried out the network checker and I should be in an excellent 4G indoor and outdoor area. But I have no signal whatsoever.
before I even bother changing my number can anyone help.
I’ve done the usual steps no improvements

Does the new iD SIM card work anywhere at all,
You can see real-world signal reception at https://mastdata.com, for many locations in the UK.
The mobile operators online coverage checkers are only a prediction of likely signal reception at any given location, based on computer modelling.
That site shows nothing where I live 😂
