I have just ordered a monthly sim only its for my granddaughters new iphone this is her first mobile I need a new number for her will the new sim have a new number on it for her to use because there was no option when ordering the sim to tick need new number all it offered was if someone was leaving their current supplier and moving over to ID.

All I want is a brand new mobile number for my granddaughter? Also I will be the one paying monthly DD so am I right in putting the account in my name as she is only 11yo

The sim has not yet arrived so I cannot register on the ID website.

Yes, all new iD Mobile contracts will have a fresh number given to it, you don’t need to transfer a number to us if you don’t want, when purchasing you’d just click the option of entering the PAC code later.
