hi, I’ve just joined ID MOBILE you have received the PAC code from my previous supplier. I have not received the Sim yet and you have told me you are going to switch on tomorrow? Can someone please help

When did you order your iD SIM card @Rob Sutcliffe

The online guidance from iD says SIM only orders are sent using Royal Mail, and to allow 2-3 business days for delivery. It goes on to advise that if you don't receive anything after 4 business days, use their online Live Chat service for assistance.

Alternatively, it might be quicker to visit your nearest Currys store and collect a replacement iD SIM card, which you’ll then need to activate online.
