New phone / SIM - cant transfer PUK and no service

Have just signed up to IDmobile with new SIM and iPhone 11.

Put SIM card in. No signal / service at all (live in London where usually excellent signal).

Unable to ‘activate SIM’ as cant receive code.

Have PAC from vodafone, but when I input details to transfer number it just says ‘some information incorrect’, but I have checked NUMEROUS times.

Chatbot useless. Tried live chat but currently says wait for advisor is 180mins. No email / anyone to call.

Seriously regretting choosing IDmobile at present…

Any help?!

Thanks for getting in touch. I am afraid there are some delays with some SIM’s being activated and numbers porting over at the moment. Our team are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

I would advise to periodically reboot your phone and hopefully it will activate soon.
