Hey Michael, we’re sorry to hear that your SIM card is broken, and we’d love to help you here.

 

We have two ways of getting a SIM card to you, as follows:

 

  1. Collection from any Currys store during opening hours (Just ask a member of staff for a free replacement SIM card)
  2. Via DPD delivery (Signature required)

Please let us know what method you would prefer to do, and we can assist you further, as we would need to activate the SIM card for you.
