I've been on id 2 weeks but my number doesn't show show on texts.

It's showing my new sim number.

I've took sim out and turn phone on but still the same.

Any help

Hi @John Best,

Welcome to the Community!

Did you request to port the number over to iD Mobile?

If the port has completed you should be able to update the number in your settings.

Which make and model handset are you using?

I had this same issue when I ported my number over. It did change after a couple of days and some confused friends who rang me on the ported number but got texts from the new ID number issued when I signed up and was waiting for porting to take place. My phone still shows the temp number on profile but texts go through as correct number
