New SIM card not working

Switched to ID Mobile from EE using existing number, but SIM card not receiving calls. Reception area is good. Was told in would be next working day. How long until this transfer is complete?

If the number you wanted to keep is showing in your iD online account @Buzzy69, iD probably consider the switch has been completed. 

What was the date scheduled for your number transfer @Buzzy69?

Just a few questions similar to what @andewhite has asked. Has your number transferred over to iD? You should have received a text to the iD SIM if this has been completed.

If so, in your phone settings, is the temporary iD number reflecting, or the one you transferred?

Is your old EE SIM still active, or has this deactivated?
