New sim. PAC supposed to transfer old number yesterday. I cannot call or receive calls. I cannot text or receive text ( unless using internet/email). ID app shows my old number(that I want), but my phone shows the new id number?
Have you tried turning OFF your phone, removing the SIM card, and leaving the phone OFF for at least 30-minutes
If that hasn’t worked, have you tried a Network Reset on your device?

Hi Mohammed, no I still am not receiving any calls (give me a call to check). PAC should have completed on Thursday 11th. I am able to make calls and send/receive texts to my transferred number (REDACTED). Virgin mobile say the PAC has not occurred, iD say the PAC has occurred? Please help.
