New SIM not working, cant activate replacement SIM

Bought a new phone on Saturday with an id contract and PAC code to switch from O2, on Tuesday my existing SIM stopped working as planned but the new one doesn't work on my phone or my partners and I've tried all the other suggestions. Went to Currys and they gave me a new id SIM card but I can't activate this as the security code isn't being sent to my email address. Please can somebody help or is there a number I can call?

Unfortunately, iD Mobile only offer online help & support @DanLeg - there isn’t an telephone support helpline. 

The online Live Chat team should be able to help with activation of your replacement SIM.

Thanks @andewhite I tried that yesterday but it said all agents were busy, what sort of a company has no telephone or chat support at times - terrible customer service! This is the 3rd day I haven't been able to use my new phone now.

Well @DanLeg, I suspect iD might be a no-frills operator, hence the issues with LIVE CHAT. 

Perhaps try and send iD support a private message using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter) DM. The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried resetting your device’s network settings with the iD Mobile SIM card inside?
