no mobile data

I am unable to get mobile data on my phone. The following message is displayed: 

Could not activate data network. You are not subscribed to a mobile data service. 

I have turned on roaming on ID mobile app

i have turned on roaming on phone 

I have turned off auto mobile selection and selected network provider as per ID mobile help centre guide.

i have turned mobile off and back on .

Whereabouts are you, @Sean101

If you are roaming, there could be several reasons why mobile data isn’t available.

Hi thank you for your response: Currently in Spain … I have select the prescribed network provider, Moviestar, having turned off auto on network selection, which I thought may have been the issue… any further suggestion would be greatly appreciated

If calls and texts work, then the APN settings may be incorrect, @Sean101.

The APN value should be “id” (in lowercase).
