Why no network at all. I paid my package for nothing. No customer service at all. No help at all.
Perhaps there’s a network fault at your location

I've used the 4G from ID mobile before, then I went on holiday and came back, now I'm unable to use it again.
Other forum members have had this issue after returning from a holiday
They’ve resolved the problem by getting a replacement iD SIM card.
