No Service

Since getting my iPhone 11 over a week ago, I have had no service. I can use WhatsApp when connected to WiFi, but if I’m not connected to WiFi I can’t message or make calls.

@Anne James,

 

The new SIM is additional SIM that we send but the services remain on the old SIM as it’s an upgrade.

The old sim is working thank you. Do I notneed the new one? Thank you.

It was an upgrade. I just put the new sim in. There are bars showing but it says no service. Thanks 

I’ll try putting the old sim in 👍🏻

Was your purchase an upgrade? If so, did it come with a new SIM card, and if that’s the case have you tried using that one and the old one?

 

Do any bars of signal show at all?
