My new phone came but no sim card

Was this an order for a new contract or an upgrade to an existing account?

 

If a new contract with a new number, you definitely should’ve got a SIM card, we may need to assist with a replacement.

 

If an upgrade, you’ll be able to continue on your existing SIM card.
