No SIM, changed number before delivery

Hi,

I ordered iPhone 14 Pro through Carphone warehouse. There was no SIM card included in the packaging.

I switched my number using PAC code to my new number.

now I cannot log into ID Mobile (needs verification code) and have no idea of asking where my SIM is.

 

please help and let me know how I’m meant to receive the SIM card (I am assuming it would be a separate letter from ID mobile).

 

phone came last week, so sign of SIM.

Okay @TheoBarefoot, I’d say that Carphone Warehouse need to be sorting this out.

You’ve bought something from them (online), and they haven’t fulfilled your online order correctly. 

Otherwise, you can request a replacement SIM card.
