I just got my PAC code from my previous provider but unfortunately I never received a Welcome to iD email so there is no transaction number. (it wasn't in my spam either, I checked every day for 7 days in a row.) I called the 3rd party who sold the contract and got a 9 digit number but the portal says the details are wrong. So I am now sure they gave me the wrong number.
How can I get my welcome email resent please?
Also, why can't we find the transaction number on our online portal? Would make sense to have it there.
It’s not even on my invoice, although it says it should be there.
