no transaction ID

I have not received a welcome email and would like to transfer my old number to my new contract. As I have not been sent a transaction number how do I go about this? I did not submit for number change when I purchased my phone.

The invoice supplied with the new handset usually has the transaction number @Jo McGrath - it begins with number “4”, for purchases from the iD online store.

If you can’t find it on the paperwork, you’ll need to use the online Live Chat and speak to an agent.
