I took out a new contract with ID for an S23. I have transfered my old number with the PAC from my previous supplier. I can make and recieve calls no problem. But nobody can call or text me.
I have gone through loads of posts on here and fourms on Google. I can see lots of people having this issue but no people posting a solution. I tried the live chat, but its a useless bot. I am a week in now, and I am already thinking trying ID was a mistake. I did think the price was too good to be true so I think I will just cancel the contract and send the phone back, but before I do, any ideas?
