notice to cancel contract

Hi does anyone know how I put in a notice to cancel my contract ? I still have 3 months left but I would like to put the request in now in advance I find the network coverage with this provider terrible. I was also wondering if my phone is unlocked so that I am able to use another providers sim in my phone once my contract has come to an end

All new phones sold on contract after Dec 2021 will be unlocked @M_u, following a rule change by telecoms regulator OFCOM. 

If you cancel within the contract minimum term, you’ll pay an early termination fee @M_u.

I’d guess 30-days before your minimum term ends @M_u - your final bill is normally prepared the day after your account is closed.
