Number never transfered

I submitted my PAC code as was given a date my number would switch. It’s been 3 days since then and still I am not able to make or receive texts, I never had a text to say my number successfully switched. How do I even contact iD to fix this? Very dissatisfied

Okay @George Laidlaw, use online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter DM to contact customer support.

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.
