Okay @Kevin Paign, the iD app and iD website aren’t currently working reliably.

Try iD online Live Chat for help with switching your number to/from iD Mobile, @Kevin Paign.

Get assistance at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Although, unfortunately it seems these issues are affecting most customers.

Is this when trying to use the iD Mobile port form?

 

Are you able to try in an incognito window?
