Hi, I’ve come over from three today, my three sim stopped working as today is the transfer date so put my iD mobile sim in all good untill I got a text saying welcome to iD here is your new number. When I signed up I put a PAC code in so I could keep my original number?
Have you tried the following
- Turn OFF your handset.
- Remove the SIM card and check it’s free from finger-grease and undamaged, etcetera.
- Wait for at least 30-minutes.
- Insert the SIM and restart your handset.
Hi, yup have tried that, still showing a new number instead of the number that should have been transferred over
Does your iD account online show the number you transferred to iD Mobile
If your number transfer was schedule for today, sometimes it takes until 10pm for the transfer to be completed properly.
