I submitted my PAC no which this no was from my previous network Three, it’s one PAC no for two phones contract, which is for myself and my husband.
Our shift date was on the same day, two days ago, he is successful to retain the old phone no, but for me my SIM card is activated but now with the new phone no!
I contacted Three they told me one PAC for two phone contract that they can provide to me.
so what can I do ? Anyone has any clue.

Two separate phone numbers would require two separate PAC codes, if you’ve been given the same PAC code for both numbers, it’ll only work for the first number it’s used with, not multiple.
I’d recommend contacting your previous network provider for a separate, different PAC code so we can process it.
