I signed up and registered with ID and during this process gave my PAC number for my old number to be transferred and was given a switch date of the 27th April. The switch over has now occurred but my old phone number has not moved over. I was expecting this to happen straight away so could you please tell me when can I expect this to happen.

The number transfer doesn’t happen immediately
There can be several hours or more between your old provider’s SIM becoming inactive, and the number you wanted to keep working with your iD SIM card.
When I transferred to iD, I had no mobile service for around 5-hours.
