I’ve got awful service and connection to the network near my area and around Birmingham. What’s going on ID, I swear your meant to be a quarter decent company

We’d recommend checking any postcodes on the iD Mobile coverage and status checkers to see if there are any reported outages in your area that could be affecting signal.
