I have an Oppo Find X2 Neo 5G handset and I have full 5G signal where I live. The reason for joining ID mobile was because of the good 5G network where I live, but my handset cannot get 5G and is always on 4G! I contacted customer support who said it should work but nothing since. Any ideas or do I have to leave ID mobile and go with Three?
